SAP Change Consultant - Paris - 6 month contract
My client are rolling out SAP into France and are looking for a SAP Change Management Consultant with a strong focus on Training to Support the Roll Out of new SAP Solution. They are looking for Change Management consultant to work in Paris. The modules of focus are FI/CO, SD & MM, so you must be able to show experience in working within projects delivering these modules.
Skills required:
- Change impact end user assessments
- End User and Stakeholder program engagement
- Communications planning and management
- Workshop facilitation
- Super User program
- Role mapping
- Training program management and in some cases co-facilitation
- Training material support documents - quick reference guides, etc. (core training materials are developed by the training content team)
- Site go-live readiness plans and management
- Post Go Live support and transition to Business as Usual operation
