Field Service Engineer Urgently Required. (6 months rolling contract)

Our client is an IT Services organisation; who are thought leaders in Infrastructure Services, Workspace, Connectivity and Consulting, are looking for a Field Service Engineers to work in the Manchester area. Engineers will work on a pay per call basis averaging 5-7 calls per day. £20-£30 per call.

You will be required to carry out the following duties:

Resolve faults quickly and effectively on a variety of technologies including:
*PC's - (Dell,HP, Generic)
*Laptop - (Dell, HP, Toshiba, Generic) 
*Image build's & configuration (Including data backup and recovery)

In addition to the above you will also have the following:

*PC hardware experience
*Good field service experience
*Working Knowledge of Dell or HP printers
*Working knowledge of printer technology with good problem solving skills
*Ideally experience of handling bespoke software
*Strong customer facing and communication skills
*Self-Management with Good Organisational Skills.

You must already have or be able to pass a background check and must have a valid driver's license and own Vehicle with appropriate Tax, insurance and MOT. Successful engineers will also have the opportunity to be trained on specific product lines, including Barclay's, Kodak and Clarke's
