We are currently recruiting for a Credit Referrals Underwriter to work for the UK's largest Telecommunications Company based in Darlington.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator and have a high concern for accuracy as your main Duties will be to review customer applications and speak directly with new customers to resolve any inconsistencies with regards to information supplied in the application process. You may also speak to existing customers to gain any additional information required in order to assess any additional requests received via the exception process. In this role you will liaise with both internal and external customers.

FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN BUT A STRONG PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO APPLICANTS WITH PREVIOUS UNDERWRITING EXPERIENCE AND/OR KNOWLEDGE OF THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY.

Requirements:

*Experience in an Underwriting position or collections/finance/risk assessment.
*Excellent Customer Service skills
*High level of Concern for Accuracy
*Exceptional communication and literacy Skills
*Confident communicating with both external and internal customers
*Experience in using Excel/Word/Outlook
*Knowledge of the Telecommunications industry

This is a full time ongoing temporary role and may have possibility of being made permanent for the right candidate depending on requirement.

Location: Darlington
Pay rate: £10 per hour
Hours: 37.5
Shift: 7 week Rotation covering Monday to Sunday; ranging from 08:00 - 19:00
Start: ASAP
