Smartcare Support Engineer- France (Paris)
1x Smartcare Support Engineer is urgently needed on contract basis for our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company.
Location is France (Paris).Fluent English and French language along with similar working experience are a prerequisite for any application.
Requirements:
? Good knowledge of the following products and solutions: TCP/IP, Solaris & Linux system, Sybase & Oracle, OSS&NMS, Corba, SNMP, virtualization
? A good Scripting acknowledge: Shell, Perl, python
? Knowledge of Customer Operational procedures and operations
? Knowledge of Network OSS tools: Performance Management, Configuration Management, Fault Management, Inventory Management.
? Have around 5 years experience in OSS Customer Operational Support or Field Validation & operation.
? Good experience of IP/Corba/SNMP protocols analysis and operational issue troubleshooting.
? GSM and UTRAN E2E network skills
? Team working skills
? Field operations skills
? Need to be able to work in French language (Written and speaking)
? May need to travel on France territory (in that case, a valid driving license is mandatory as applicable for onsite visits with car transport)
? Able to work under pressure and to meet challenging deadlines
