Graduate Software Developers/Engineers Sydney
Local education essential!
Our client is looking to offer 12-24 Months contracts for graduate Software Developers to work within the Telco industry.
- You will have knowledge of Operational Support Systems (OSS), processes, implementation and support.
- Knowledge in a Telco environment (preference is given to Networks, Engineering and OSS).
- Solid Scripting/bug fix and development skills with ASP.NET, MySQL, Java, Unix PHP, Perl.
- Knowledge of databases, eg Oracle, MySQL.
- Knowledge/experience in area Cloud Computing, SaaS, SOA is beneficial.
- Knowledge of software development is preferred (eg UML, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Good understanding of methodologies used in Telecoms/IT, eg ITIL, eTOM, CMM/CMMI, Six Sigma.
- Must have a Tertiary qualification in Telco, Electrical, Computer Science, or software engineering backgrounds from a local institution.
- There will be a strong emphasis on the educational qualifications for the successful candidate.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and ability to discuss in a non-technical environment.
