Description
You will lead a multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of a portfolio of ICT systems focused on the development and migration of systems and information from a range of existing systems to a new hospital.
You're tasked with:
- Developing and deliver a coordinated clinical systems transition plan
- Coordinating delivery against established priorities and manage portfolio dependencies
- Identifying and planning resource requirements for key transition elements
- Monitoring a portfolio transition program of work; identifying and resolving delivery conflicts & escalating as required;
- Ensuring alignment of projects and their deliverables to established architecture;
- Assessing client infrastructure and technical capabilities and manage their business and project impacts within the program
- Ensuring projects within are managed in accordance with best practice
You're experience includes:
- Appropriate tertiary and/or post-graduate qualifications in Program and/or Project Management or high level of experience in complex ICT Projects.
- Certification in one or more of MSP, TOGAF 9, PRINCE 2, ITIL v3.
- 3-5 years experience in full life cycle project delivery, including managing change release, deployment and delivery of solutions within large environments.
- Experience on complex system and data migration projects.
- Outstanding communication and relationship management
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Ability for form and manage delivery focussed teams in an evolving environment within a complex business and clinical context.
- Healthcare and clinical systems implementation experience
