Within Capital Markets of a larger international bank, the Client Service team is a global and transversal team that provides a post trade service to our clients. Working closely with the different Capital market teams in both GECD, and fixed income (sales, business management, middle and back office, etc.), and covering products such as Equity, Commodities, Credit, FX and interest rate derivatives to answer and resolve post trade request/queries and issues.

Responsibililties will include the following:
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly Mark to Market valuations and Prices on IRD, CDS, FX, MBS, BONDS, COMMODITY and EQUITY products to Clients. Set up automatic valuations through various media platforms such as Bloomberg, Reuters, Telekurs, FTP, and Fax and Mail. Accurately prepare daily manual valuations for specific clients.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests/queries from internal and external clients. Act as the one point of contact for our Clients/Marketers between them and other Operational areas (back and middle office) to resolve escalated, disputed or high risk post-trade issues which include valuations, booking, documentation, legal issues, settlement/payment issues, fixing issues, Credit or Collateral issues, confirmation, and pricing disputes.
  • Manage and track client requests and open items, including logging those items in our proprietary system
  • Advise EQD Clients on coupon/redemption/terminaton and corporate action affecting their trades
  • Documenting procedures and ensuring procedures are up to date as processes change.


Job Requirements:
  • Candidates must be able to work well with various front and back offices
  • Strong analytical and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Necessary characteristics include:
