Exciting opportunity at a Microsoft Gold Partner based in the South East (UK) working with customers throughout the UK and internationally.The requirement is for an MS Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant with 4+ years' hands on experience to join their rapidly growing company. You will be directly involved with forthcoming projects which will have a deadline and a budget and you are likely to be managing a small team whilst working on the projects. Dynamics CRM 2011 experience is essential, Dynamics CRM 2013 is very desirable.

Role:
- Stakeholder management
- Customer engagement
- Training end users, assisting them regularly
- Customisation/Configuration of Dynamics CRM 2013 (entity build/design)
- Designing of reports
- Development
Skills/Experience:
- Dynamics CRM 2013 and 2011 configuration experience
- Very good understanding of Sales and Customer Service functionality
- Entity design and build
- UI configuration/customisation
- SharePoint, Exchange, Office experience preferred
