Job Tilte: Optimisation Engineers (2G, 3G OR 4G)

Main tasks: (For the 4G Optimisation Engineer)
* LTE (L800) clusters optimization (after integration and activation of L800 sites)
* Drive tests field measurements analysis (scanner/mobile/TNQ data)
* Perform all the actions (correction/optimization) in order to reach best 4G data throughputs
*LTE OSS and end users KPIs optimization
*Follow-up of the LTE clusters QoS until their validation by the customer
*Tools knowledge: Actix/Nemo Analyzer/MUSA/Atoll/Capesso/SON (Optimizer)/Reporting Suite
Deliverables:
*Optimization actions intermediate reports
* Optimization final reports
*Ensure Optimization validation by the customer
Main tasks and Experience for the 3G Optimisation Engineer
Experience in Traffic model in 3G, distr bw layers.
3G in traffic model, propagation, coverage - Troubsleshooting 3G & 4G parameters, KPI analysis in order to deal with the impact of the G900 refarming and U900 activation
Solid background in 3G optimization, planning and features, knowing Optimizer, Capesso, Atoll and having leadership capabilities
