Scrum Master in Scandinavia.
Our client a global company is searching for 2x Scrum masters on Java/J2EE technology. The scrum master will be responsible for all day-to-day activities for managing the Agile development process for a large modernization project for a Middleware platform. The scrum master will manage a team of 10-15 Java/J2EE developers. The scrum master will need to be able to make the right decisions related to development in a timely manner, and must be capable of following up resources onshore as well as offshore. Experienced scrum master with documented track-record of larger Agile projects. The scrum master will be responsible for a distributed development team with resources working onshore as well as offshore. Relevant certifications are preferable. Experience is 5 years+. Languages required are Norwegian - fluent as a priority. However any of the other scandinavian languages (Swedish or Danish or English) - fluent will be accepted as well. methodology is in Agile development.
