Oracle Database Administrator

Key skills:
- 5 years experience in Oracle RDBMS administration on Unix systems
- Experience in database support in mission critical environments with appropriate certification
- Good skills in database tuning
- Oracle 11g, 12c, MySQL, RMAN, EM Grid Control, PL/SQL
- Strong Unix/Linux Shell Scripting skills
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, knowledge of French will ease the communication.
- Oracle Dataguard, Oracle RAC, ASM, PHP, Indepth, EMC TimeFinder, Veritas Cluster, NetBackup and Volume Manager (skills and experience in one or more of these is advantageous)
About the role:
Administration of Oracle & MySQL databases in testing and development environments.
Database monitoring and tuning.
Maintain database backup and recovery procedures.
Technical and Functional support of internal and external users of this infrastructure.
