Marketing Transformation Consultant
Montash have been engaged by a leading retail organisation to source and secure an experienced Marketing Transformation Consultant, with a strong background in business architecture.
Key Skills:
- Experience shaping and transforming marketing functions, preferably within large retail or other omnichannel/customer centric organisations (including Customer & Marketing Insight)
- Experience defining the TOM (Target Operating Model) and the "As-Is" and "To-Be" core capabilities and supporting core omnichannel campaign/customer experience/customer insight processes
- Strong business architecture/organisational design & business consulting skills
