Your tasks:
- Assess tools and ERP systems in specific process of cloud operation units of the customer for feasibility, pain points and improvement measures
- Judge on used architecture within the IT landscape of the customers' Cloud business
- Publish modified process in specific format within intranet
Your qualifications
- Good understanding of ITIL Standard
- Very good technical understanding of tools used in business and IT operation (SAP ERP Systems and Portfolio)
- Good IT architecture understanding
- Process management and documentation skills
- Excellent MS Project know-how
- Excellent command of English
- Outstanding communication skills
