- Change background within Financial Services.
- Programme/Project Manager with Programme/Project and Business Management experience
- Strong Programme/Project mobilisation / initiation / planning experience in addition to management of established Programme/Projects
- Must be able to demonstrate good stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, with strong and influential personal credibility
- Strong leadership skills with evidence of managing teams across a range of disciplines and locations
- Commercial acumen including client/customer focus
