As the Manager, you will be leading a team of 12 incident managers underneath you, so this role is looking for someone with previous line management experience
Development & Support Manager
This role is for an ITIL Service Operations Major Problem Manager . You will be the chief SME and head of the support team, which has around 20 people based onshore in Manchester and Halifax, and around 40 offshore through the offshore partner
As well as the day to day running of the tea, you will look after all the production systems, and be responsible fro all the change associated with that. Thsi role will this need you to bring all of your experience from service management, disaster recovery, and management and leadership.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced incidents manager/ service recovery/ technology recovery./ incident manager to be a part of the most successful, and most profitable Bank in the world, within a role where you will have a high level of visibility and responsibility
This is a permanent role based in Manchester With a salary of £55,000- £75,000 dependant on experiences
Requirements
- Experience across ITIL, Incident management, problem management etc
- Focus on delivering a high availability service
- Experience of providing a service and supporting clients
- Running a team onshore and offshore
- Detailed working knowledge/experience of Service Management (ideally ITIL based) within a similar working environment is essential
