My client is currently seeking a Cancer Information Analyst to work on an interim basis in the South of England, for an initial 6 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work within a newly created position.Key Responsibilities:
Preparing / develop quality reports and providing analytical support to the Cancer Services within the Trust.
- Being a strong analyst within the cancer team
- Produce weekly performance reports identifying areas of concern and raising this with the stakeholders / team manager
- Identify information requirements of stakeholders / team managers
- Creating reporting solutions to meet specific requirements
- Undertake detailed analysis and provide expert analytical interpretation on data outputs and trends.
- Write reports to analyse trends in performance and quality indicators. Explore possible areas of risk and work with the relevant stakeholders to resolve/improve performance.
Technical Skills
- SQL and SSRS
- Excel
- Experience of PMS Systems and Somerset Cancer Registry
