Sales Performance Manager, Key Banking Client, Gloucester, £290 p/dayI wanted to make you aware of an urgent requirement from our key banking client in Gloucester, who are looking for a Mortgage Sales Performance Manager, available to start on 9 month rolling contract paying between £200.00 and £290.00 per day.
You will meet the following Mortgage Sales Performance Manager requirements:
Analyse, understand and communicate mortgage acquisition performance across the business.
Leading quarterly forecasting process.
Take a lead in developing and delivering product and cross-channel initiatives in order to improve customer experience and business performance.
Highly commercial approach.
Strong communication and impact skills.
Highly motivated and able to work proactively.
Experience of working in a complex, fast paced environment.
Managing stakeholder relationships across the channels and functional areas.
