Description
This position is responsible for analyst activities in the US Supply Chain and Logistics Operations organization, specifically Export Management. Activities will include data gathering and consolidation, report development and/or generation, data review, trend analysis, and order management activities. The complexity of these activities will range from basic to complex. The position will support the management team in achieving the expectations of the organization.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze customer order and shipment data and perform trend analysis.
- Highlight variances to plan and support the team in identifying contributing factors.
- Perform ad hoc and routine report generation including tracking of relevant KPI's. Must clearly understand and be able to articulate the data behind the reports and the associated impact to operations and the business.
- Provide support to the export team with order management, inventory management and deployment activities.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Associate Degree in business, supply chain, international operations, or other relevant discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of Supply Chain, Materials Management or Export Operations experience.
- Demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and external resources at all levels of an organization.
- 1-3 years Advanced Proficient required in Microsoft EXCEL (including Macro development, pivot tables, v-lookup functionality)
