RAN Support Manager/Operations Manager - Newbury

We have an fantastic long-term contract opportunity working on a major telecoms project in Newbury. This RAN Support Manager/Operations Manager would be responsible of a number of War Room and NOC Engineers and provide leadership across the project.

RAN Support Manager/Operations Manager Responsibilities;

  • Single point of contact between stakeholders
  • Leading and Managing a team of 15+ Engineers who do SWAP, integration, troubleshooting engineering
  • Develop and manage crucial relationships
  • Deal with incidents withing the Engineering team
  • Accountable for RAN Network
  • Make sure the team reach specific KPI's and SLA's

RAN Support Manager/Operations Manager key skills and experience;

  • Someone who has held down a role with a vendor or operator as either;

- RAN Support Manager

- Operations Manager

- NOC Team Leader/Manager

- Front Office Manager/Back Office Manager

  • 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE knowledge would be beneficial
  • Experience of SWAP/Integration projects
  • Worked in either a War Room, NOC or RAN Support environment at Management level
  • Excellent Managerial skills
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
