Position Overview
As a Senior Consultant GRC in the Information Security and Compliance Practice, you will participate in complex client engagements focused on the assessment, evaluation and mitigation of Information Security Risks.
The engagements you will contribute to may be either assurance or risk advisory in nature, and vary considerably in size and complexity.
All of our Information Security Consultancy Services are designed to strengthen appropriate internal controls, improve IT and business performance and drive best practice and efficiencies into our clients businesses.
You will be working in the following areas; Information & Event Monitoring (SIEM), Identity & Access Management, IDS/IPS, Data Loss Prevention, Network Access Control and Payments Security technologies, ISO27001 Compliance.
NTT ISC operates across all sectors and market places including but not limited to; Banking, Central Government (HMG), Retail, Manufacturing, Gaming, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Media'.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Security Consultant GRC your responsibilities will include:
-Be lead consultant of small to medium sized consulting teams on complex consulting engagements
-Be able to take on significant solo consulting projects without the supervision of others
-Demonstrate strong skills in analysing customer business processes and technical environments
-Have strong business, consultancy and technical skills commensurate with the IT Security Market place and the specific role in question
-Demonstrate project planning and management skills of projects up to 20 days in length (approx)
-Demonstrate commitment to delivering projects within time and in budget and to a high level of customer satisfaction
-Ensure all records are complete and up to date, ensuring team leader/members are kept informed on progress
-Demonstrate a strong ability to develop a rapport with customers and to engender long lasting relationships
-Assist in presales activities to generate projects for self and rest of the consultancy practice
-Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the services offered by the practice and NTT Com Security overall
-Demonstrate excellent skills in the development of customer proposals and liaise with the Project Office in preparation of proposals and answering of tenders
-Liaise with the Resource Management and Sales team during the sales cycle to assist in quantifying, pricing and organising the consulting resources required for the project delivery (in line with the deliverable in the SoW)
-Providing advice that will promote other NTT Com Security products and services at all Management levels within target accounts
Experience Skills and Qualifications
As a Senior Security Consultant GRC your skills and qualifications will include:
-Have customer facing experience in a support/pre-sales/consulting or equivalent capacity
-Be self-motivated and self-disciplined with a demonstrable and successful track record in delivering consultancy projects to all sizes of organisations
-Demonstrate excellent skills in structured problem solving techniques, creativity and intelligence in the development of solutions to customer problems
-Must have an excellent understanding of the information and technical security issues faced by large enterprise organisations
-Have excellent oral and presentation skills with demonstrable evidence of the ability to present to mid sized audiences of mixed business and technical background
-Have excellent written communication skills with demonstrable evidence of excellent report writing skills
-Must be a very strong team player, with positive demonstrable evidence of effective virtual team membership
-Be willing to travel within the United Kingdom and anywhere in the world when necessary
-Possession of a current motor vehicle driver's licence.
