Global Contracs Specialist/Administrator

Start/duration: 1.9.2014 - 3 months

Location: Paris

Purpose: To provide support to the Global Contracts. Management Team for the administration, renewal, contract life cycle management and day activities associated with third party global IT Systems contracts

The role provides a pivotal member to an organised IT Systems team who are responsible for the short term and long term compliance of their Software Providers across the group.

There is an element of: compliance, milestone tracking, supplier implementation, billing administration and yearly licensing of suppliers responsibilities for the role.

Qualifications:

Degree-level education or equvalent experience; ideally with Information System/IT System

French and English speaking are essential, the position is on a Project basis working full time hours from September - December 2014.

Experience: Ideally 3 + years in an administrative/support role working for a large global IS department, finance, contracts management or purchasing function.
