Etrading Application SupportOur client in Midtown Manhattan is looking for strong Support Engineers to fill a full-time position. Salary is K and H1B visas can be transferred if there are at least 2.5 years still valid. Candidates must have experience in Etrading applications and Interest Rates.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for global rates business
- Follow ITIL process
- Handle troubleshooting and escalation issues
Requirements
- Strong background in databases, networks and scripting
- Experience in trade capture and pricing tools
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Previous experience in Interest Rates (Swaps are preferred)
