Are you an experienced Communications and Change professional with experience of working on HR Transformation programmes that include the implementation of HRIS?

My client, a global business who is just over one year into a global HR Transformation, is actively seeking to strengthen its existing project team with the recruitment of a Communications and Change Manager.

In order to be considered for this role you will need a track record of delivery in a similar role, specifically for an HR Transformation and ideally HRIS - ESS/MSS.

The role is 70% communications and 30% change.

You must have hands on experience in designing creative and engaging content to support an HR transformation programme and HR Systems implementation. You must have the appreciation of the change and impacts as well as being able to advice on a change management approach and strategy.

Working closely with programme team you will carry out change impact analysis; conduct stakeholder analysis and management activities; plan and deliver change interventions; develop portfolio specific resources and communication materials, and helping others to communicate effectively. In particular, deliver all change management and communications activities including a global detailed impact assessment in support of the Global HR Information System and HR Organisation Design projects.

This is a fantastic 6 month interim opportunity that will help shape and define an exciting and high profile HR transformation. The client is looking for someone to start no later than 1st September 2014.
