Job Responsibilities for Service Delivery

  • taking delivery of goods and supplies
  • checking for damaged or missing items
  • keeping records of stock
  • keeping paperwork up to date
  • Testing equipment before dispatch
  • Escalating issues in Real Time around Stock/Inventory
  • Load orders in the system and Update billing and provisioning teams post successful installation for activating accounts
  • Job might also involve travelling to client premise to install CPE

Qualifications/Competencies

  • Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience
  • Should be good at multitasking
  • Sound knowledge of Routers/Switches preferred
  • Responsible and vigilant individual who are able to deliver high level of compliance to security and audit parameters
  • Good communication skills

Open to working in 24*7*365 environment
