Job Responsibilities for Service Delivery
- taking delivery of goods and supplies
- checking for damaged or missing items
- keeping records of stock
- keeping paperwork up to date
- Testing equipment before dispatch
- Escalating issues in Real Time around Stock/Inventory
- Load orders in the system and Update billing and provisioning teams post successful installation for activating accounts
- Job might also involve travelling to client premise to install CPE
Qualifications/Competencies
- Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience
- Should be good at multitasking
- Sound knowledge of Routers/Switches preferred
- Responsible and vigilant individual who are able to deliver high level of compliance to security and audit parameters
- Good communication skills
Open to working in 24*7*365 environment
