Application Support Analyst - Financial Software VendorAn award winning Global Financial Software Vendor is looking for a Application Support Analyst to join the Client Support Team. The company is a growing and innovative organisation with a global presence, who offers opportunities to work abroad. The Client Services team is primarily responsible for the processing of all Client Account Transition activity for the EMEA client base.
Salary - £30,000 - £40,000
Location - City of London
Responsibility of an Application Support Analyst
- Provide point-of-contact client support to both buy-side and sell-side accounts
- Handling and capture of all client inquiries via phone and email
- Perform Tier 1 Incident Management - reporting, analysis, escalation and resolution
- Monitor the production environment to assist with identification of service and system issues
- Execute Service Requests related to custom client configurations and workflows
- Assist with new software release testing and deployment
- Train clients on product usage via phone or WebEx
Essential experience of a Application Support Analyst
- Understanding how EMS/OMS fit within financial services (Hands on experience is advantageous)
- Understanding operation functions within Front/Middle/Back office
- Understanding of all major asset classes
- Ideal candidate will have 1 - 3 years experience
