Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 p/a + Generous Benefits
An exciting opportunity has come up for a Compliance Analyst to join a boutique Asset Manager based in London focusing on identifying and assessing regulatory changes that impact the business.
The role is broad and will require the job holder to provide analysis on new regulations, deep dives on regulatory sanctions that may apply to the business and general advisory (PA Dealing, KYC, AML).
Key responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring and tracking of regulatory changes
- Assist with the design and delivery of the Compliance Department training
- Answering of fund related queries, primarily UCITS fund
- Analysis of the impact of regulatory change that may have an impact on the business
- Contributing to the Compliance Department's assessment of the regulatory risks faced by Newton
- Assessing any regulatory and/or investment guideline breaches
- Collation of information for key risk indicators
- Handling of client complaints
Softer Skills:

- Experience of compliance in financial services
Key Requirements:
- Asset management OR IB Experience
- Current or previous exposure to UCITS funds
- Degree educated, ideally Law Degree
