Description
Deputy Chief Operating Officer required for an Acute Trust currently in a state of Transition. As we are approaching the winter months this is an exciting opportunity for a senior NHS interim.The Deputy Chief Operating Officer will provide support to the Chief Operating Officer with the day to day operational management of the hospital. They will be responsible for the delivery of all agreed performance indicators and ensure that the quality of services provided to patients remain high.
The ideal person must have experience working at Board Level within the NHS, a proven track record of delivering performance targets from an operational perspective within clinical divisions and strong change management experience.
