OVERVIEW
Real Staffing are recruiting for an interim SystmOne Business Analyst to join a specialist healthcare provider in the South East.
The successful candidate will be contributing to an on-going transformation programme involving the implementation of a new centralised clinical system.
KEY DUTIES
- Support the Programme Manager and Project Manager(s)
- Engaging with internal teams to develop best practice and methods
- Identifying system requirements within different business areas
- Help to develop training plans and materials
- Delivering training around processes and benefits of systems
- Model and test current business processes and identity necessary changes
- Produce technical documentation on processes
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced working knowledge of SystmOne
- Recent NHS experience
- Strong IT and communication skills
- Previous IT/Business Analyst assignments
- Knowledge of IT project lifecycle
