Microsoft SCSM Consultant
Project:
They are migrating away from their ticketing solution. Migrating from BMC Remedy to SCSM 2012. It is already built and implemented, but they are still migrating and are in build-up mode, this role is for someone to come in and keep it all stable in operational mode. Could be some requests/modifications/enhancements/add new features & functionalities - (eg: adding fields to the database).
Activities of the consultant:
Some Project Work, Build up, Configuration.
Ideally someone who can do the operational side aswell- as it is a complex solution.
Need complete product support of their business activities, these are:
- Asset Management (PC, Servers in database, used for reporting assets, adding modifications and deciding what fields should be there etc) (this is still in Build Mode)
- Ticket Management (help desk gets a call-logs the ticket-dispatches team to work on it) (this part is implemented)
Would be great to get a SCSM person who has worked on both sides (had a Assets background) and knows the incidence side of things aswell.
Need to have the right product skills so they can dive into different aspect of business activities

Requests, enhancements, modifications in SCSM system (ticketing solution)
