A Channel Analyst is required by a Financial Services client based in Edinburgh.
The client is ideally looking for a Business Analyst who has experience with Multi-Channel analysis, particularly digital/web experience, so please detail this clearly on your CV.
Experience with the Business Analyst toolkit will be essential.
Core activities include:
- ad hoc updates to customer and colleague collaterals to meet regulatory and mandatory requirements
- Delivery of BAU project activities
- Support for channel (product) management activities including complaint analysis and responses
- performance/KPI measurement and tracking
- Channel campaigns and communications development
- digital channel Incident support
Rate - up to £400 per day
Duration - 6 months +
Location - Edinburgh
