We have an exciting new opportunity working on an exciting new project across the North of England. Our client is looking for Rigging Engineers with a successful background in installation and commissioning. The Installation & Commissioning Rigging Engineer will be an integral part of the project.
Installation & Commissioning Rigging Engineer - Telecoms - Responsibilities/Experience:
- Microwave rigging Installation and Commissioning engineers. Must be SIAE trained and competent on AL series radios, B1/B2 equipment and ALCPlus2E configuration and commissioning.
Competent with:
- IP configuration, DCN management, VLANs configuration and commissioning of MW radio.
- Ethernet testing and BER testing
- Hand over documentation and completing link specific Certificate of Conformance (CoC).
- Pre-installation site surveys
- Creating method statements and risk assessments
- Report writing and site specific hand over information
- Holds all industry relevant working at height certifications.
- MUST be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
