Description
My client, a County Council, are currently seeking an interim SEN Manager to manage a team responsible for discharging the Local Authority's statutory functions in relation to the statutory assessment process and for carrying out the day to day duties associated with arranging provision for children and young people.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience as an operational SEN Manager.
- Excellent understanding of SEN legislation
- Ability to support children, young people and families to implement the EHC plan
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with parents, schools, children, young people and their parents/carers
