Sales Team Manager - 12 months - Cambridge - Negotiable Daily Rate
A market leading Security and Defence client of Hyphen is looking for a Sales Team Manager to join an existing area of the business, to provide Maternity cover for a Sales Team Manager.
Overview of the Role:
-Starting by beginning of October to run the sales team of 7 across EMEA region example northern Europe, Russia, Spain and UK etc
Person ideally operated with International background sales
IT security Sales
Warm business/selling into accounts (Not new business)
Following up on market leads and internal leads
Retentions of contracts
Team will be selling Security encryption type products
The manager will need to have Direct management, performance management experience, but not required to sell themselves
Worked at a Senior Level and can communicate with Senior Stakeholders
Essential
*Strong management experience
*IT Sales background or understand the product/customer base
*Target driven
*Motivated to drive sales teams to achieve targets
