The Systems Analyst will work with a Project Manager lead on a joint team of educational and technology specialists in the implementation and use of the newly developed the Florida Digital Learning Support Tracking system. The perfect candidate will be an expert of Microsoft .NET, SharePoint, and SQL Server technologies.


  • 6 + years of experience in computer systems analysis and/or computer programming
  • 6 + years of experience in Visual Studio IDE, ASP.NET, C#, AJAX, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
  • 6+ years of experience with MS SQL products inclusive of MS SQL 2008
  • Experience as MS SQL database analyst inclusive of data design/modelling, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • 6+ years of experience with SQL programming inclusive of stored procedures, functions, triggers, DTS packages, scheduled jobs, and linked Servers.
  • 6+ years of experience with SQL relational databases, OLTP and DSS, serving in high performance, service-oriented, multi-tiered environments.
  • 6+ years of experience with SharePoint 2010 Administration and Development
  • Enterprise Level:
  • 6+ years of experience in change management best practices, serving in a code promotion role in partnership with development team.
  • Enterprise Level:
  • 6+ years of experience in Web Application Server system administration, monitoring, trouble-shooting, and performance tuning.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with education and technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with implementation projects with the following characteristics:


  • Experience with Project Management (Standards, Best Practices, Terms, Tools) is desired


  • Provide analysis, design, and trouble- shooting services for newly developed or enhanced systems.
  • Deliver code to perform system functions as defined in user requirements.
  • Documentation recording system technical objects, business requirements, business processes, and system processes.
  • Process tickets to correct system errors or implement user-defined requirements.
  • Test code created to satisfy system fixes or user-defined requirements.
  • Provide managerially requested activities, reports, and analytical research.
  • Facilitated meetings with technical and program staff.
  • Work estimates for system changes.
