Description
About us:Localytics offers a powerful real-time, cloud-based app analytics and marketing platform.
We’re proud to help some of the world's most well-known brands like SoundCloud, ESPN,
The New York Times and eBay create great mobile experiences for their customers. We
have an engineering-centric culture, and take UX & UI very seriously.
About you:
You're a web designer available for remote or local freelance work. We have two initial
projects which should take 1-2 weeks. If we work well together on these first projects,
there's an opportunity for more work.
Desired skills:
The projects:
We have two projects that (we think) are pretty interesting and fun:
1. Build a microsite for a data visualization challenge we're hosting. We'd like you to
design and develop the HTML, CSS, and JS for a 1-2 page site that explains the rules
and allows us to showcase chosen submissions. Our target audience for the site is
software developers and data science/visualization experts. You can read the rules
of the challenge in the link above.
2. Design and develop a site for Localytics Engineering. We'd like to build a site that
showcases our culture, team, open source projects, and challenges. We think we
have one of the best engineering teams in Boston for a company our size, so the
goal of the site is to build a strong brand and online presence like Facebook
Engineering or Twitter Engineering.
