Review and manage the financial management of the agency's hard charges (including Business Case Proforma (BCP). By monitoring and reconciling all accommodation and facilities management re-charges.
- To identifies ways and improvements to simplify current processes.
- Build up accurate accommodation and facilities management cost forecast based on actual charges. - Provide support to finance month end and year end processes.
