Tangent International are currently looking for an experienced NEAX Support Engineer needed to work based in Kolkata, India
Resource needs to have atleast 7-8 years of experience
NEAX System Overview (NEAX61E),
Maintenance and operation of NEAX61 Sigma
The structure of NEAX61 Sigma switch
configuration Management of NEAX 61E
SW and HW configuration information
Managing Configuration, fault management and standard operation & maintenance, troubleshooting, up gradation of NEAX nodes,routing informations
Diagnosis and troubleshooting of faults generated in NEAX and use Traces to analyze..
Performing in-depth analysis (Root Cause Analysis) to troubleshoot the performance issues
24X7 support and Knowledge sharing
Location: Kolkata, India
