My client a leading Brisbane based organisation is looking for a Marketing and Communications Officer to join their team on a fixed term contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing communications and marketing materials in line with my clients branding that enable marketing, promotion and fundraising of my client's services.
To be considered for the role you must have:
- Excellent writing skills, and demonstrated experience in developing content for offline and online communication channels including brochures, flyers, information booklets, annual reports, websites, social media and media releases.
- Demonstrated graphic and digital design ability using Microsoft and Adobe product suites including Photoshop, Indesign..
- Demonstrated experience developing a wide range of communication and promotional material targeted to a range of audiences and for diverse channels including print, video, web, social media and face-to-face.
- Demonstrated experience in the effective use of design software including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Indesign in a commercial business setting.
- Highly developed oral, written and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated stakeholder relationship experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder relationship skills, with demonstrated experience working in a complex and geographically broad organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in the execution and maintenance of an organisations web and social media presence, including web design and content management skills.
- Queensland Provisional Green or above Driver's License.
- Ability to obtain positive notice in the Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and any other legislatively required personal history screening as required.
- Experience using a Digital SLR camera.
- Experience using Wordpress, Joomla Content Management Systems
