Job Description
This position provides technical support for moderately complex security-related issues. Assists Senior Staff with security consulting and moderately complex security projects related to data access, integrity, confidentiality and business continuity. Assists customers in identifying security risks to their applications. Participates in the evaluation and implementation of emerging data access control technologies, information systems security issues, safeguards and techniques. Maintains a familiarity with bank security policies and government regulations pertaining to information security. Provides training and assistance for installed security products and may and may assist in the delivery of security awareness programs. This position provides guidance to less experienced staff.
May participate in 24/7 pager rotation for on-call support.
Postion provides support for testing, emergencies, installations, and conversions. This position may also assist in audit compliance projects and Audit/SOX field work
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of information security administration experience.

In-depth working knowledge with 8+ years working experience of Active Directory Administration technology
Working knowledge of security issues, risks and solutions for the Active Directory platform
Strong customer service focus and clear commitment to corporate goals
Strong aptitude for problem solving
Strong analytical, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge of security processes, guidelines and standards
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively to audiences with varying degrees of Active Directory or security knowledge
Production environment experience using a ticketing workflow system with proven high volume/high quality
Ability to provide on-call 24/7 Active Directory ID management production support, as required or scheduled by management
Preferred Skills
Experience with Technology Help Desk functions
Information Technology leadership or consulting experience within the financial services industry is preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project) skills
Understanding and experience with metrics-based, continuous process improvement programs
Experience working with internal/external audit (SOX, GLBA)
Appropriate technical and/or security certifications preferred, eg MCSE, CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc
Microsoftt Office
Archer Experience - the tool used for vendor assesments.
Candidates need to have 5 years of experience
