Description
Coordinator - France1x Coordinator is urgently needed on contract basis for our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company. Location is France (Lyon).Fluent English and French language along with similar working experience are a prerequisite for any application.
Scope of work:
Coordination of E2E delivery
Follow-up pre-requisites and deliverables delivery on time
Management of subcontractors
Coordination of internal technical resources
Follow-up delivery of the equipments on time with the supply chain and logistic
Panning with customer
Responsibilities include but, not limited to:
Delivery on time of swaps
Good relationship with customer
Pilot the subcontractor
Prepare Back office operation : PR/PO for sub contractors on time,
Material request preparation, Acceptances on time
Build forecast planning and respect the planning
Escalate to project Manager/Project director when needed
