A California healthcare system is looking to hire a Senior HR Analyst - Kronos Time & Attendance for their Sunnyvale, CA facility. This candidate must have extensive configuration experience with Kronos.Job responsibilities include:
* Design, implement, and support business processes in a Kronos environment
* Develop thorough documentation including business requirements documents, process diagrams, and system test plans
* Build, test, and deploy various Kronos solutions
* Support and oversee all HR systems and processes including the maintenance and configuration of the Kronos suite of applications
Required skills and knowledge:
* Experience managing HRIS systems especially the Kronos Time and Attendance application
* Proficient in report development using SQL and other query tools
* Specialist in system configurations for Kronos
* Previous role concerned with system administration and implementation
