My client a rapid growing consultancy with an international presence is looking for a Service Introduction Manager who can handle the pressure, work at a fast pace and who can always deliver. Role: Service Introduction Manager in the retail space
Experience: Typically 8+ years of technology experience specifically with knowledge, change and release management. Proven experience in leading large scale software releases. Strong influencing/negotiation skills.
Knowledge: Has appropriate level of knowledge of specific relevant Service Transition methods. Knowledge Management, Change Management, Release Management, Application Management.
Start date : Early September
Period: 4 Months
