Service Desk Analyst - Investment Management

Service Desk Analyst is required to join a leading Investment Management firm with over £90 Billon of assets across the globe. The company is well known for its international presence and the ability of their staff to move to different offices abroad. They have also built up a reputation for the amount of training and career progression they offer.

Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 + Attractive Benefits
Location - City of London

Key Responsibility of Service Desk Analyst:
  • Implementation, Operation, Support
  • Maintain competence and personal development
  • Take key decisions in respect of the impact of the fault/change on users and the existing infrastructure
  • Ensure that response time and resolution time objective are met as defined in the SLA
  • Provide technical support to resolve IT related incidents and service requests.
  • Maintain device software versions and configurations according to standards and policies


Essential Experience of Service Desk Analyst:
  • Firm understanding of Microsoft based technologies such as:

  • Windows Operating Systems (Server/Desktop)
  • System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Microsoft Exchange Mail
  • Windows Server knowledge
  • Microsoft Office Suite 2013
  • Microsoft Data Protection Manager (DPM)

  • Virtualisation experience
  • Experience in Banking & Finance or a similar high pressure environment
