Description
A Production Manager role has just become available with a well known Pharmaceutical company in the Leinster region. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Supervisor, Team Leader or Junior Manager with a minimum of 5 years people management experience to join a company where they can continue to learn and develop.Your Role:
- Managing the production team: this includes managing KPIs, team performance, performance reviews of team members, upkeep of morale.
- Leading and implementing Lean Six Sigma and Operation Excellence initiatives.
- Work closely with related departments to monitor the manufacturing/packaging process and develop/implement strategies to improve reliability of the manufacturing and packaging processes.
- Monitor and develop KPIs.
- Participating in preparations for all internal/ external audits.
- Work closely with customers.
Minimum Requirements:
- BSc or BEng in a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience working in a similar capacity within a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
- Proven effective personnel management with responsibilities for a large team.
