CLINICAL TRIAL STUDY MANAGER- DISTRIBUTION & LOGISTICS- Oxfordshire

This is an opportunity to join a leading Logistics company with an expanding Pharmaceutical division. The global organisation are seeking to appoint a Clinical Trial Study manager to be responsible for the day to day organisation of the Study Management team, including line management responsibility of Study Coordinators and Administrators.

This is a 100% office based position, only open to candidates who are willing to be based in Oxfordshire.

Candidates must have a life sciences degree or similar. Candidates should also have experience in budget, project and people management and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring appropriate set up, implementation, maintenance and close out of global studies from business win to study close.
  • Manage customer budgets and liaise with Finance Department to manage debt.
  • Assist team manager in resource planning based upon customer forecasts and team capacity.
  • Manage study pipeline and forecasts to ensure current commercial contracts are in place for service delivery.
  • Support study co-ordinators to implement control of changes to the scope of the clinical study, i.e. new depots, additional packaging requirements etc.
