Wintel Support Engineer - BAU/Project Mix - 6 Months + - Reigate, SurreyOne of our key clients, a large organisation currently have a requirement for a Wintel Support Engineer to come on board for a contract term lasting minimum 6 Months and will be located in the Reigate Branch in Surrey.
Focus of the role will be on the Wintel Environment in the EMEA datacentras which incl.
-Windows Operating Systems
-Virtual Servers = VMware (4.1 / 5.1)
-Physical Servers = Mix of Dell & HP
-Circa combined total of 1800 eentities
-MS SQL, IIS, HPC
-ITIL v3, VMware VCP 4/5
*MCP Server Qualifications are a preference*
This role will primarily be BAU (Business As Usual) but will be a slight project mix as well.
Daily Duties will be include:
-Daily Checks, Monitoring, Call Management, Alert & Patch Management from the team to allow them to focus on project work.
FYI: Saturday MORNING work will also be required.
