Campaign Manager - Direct Marketing - Multi-Channel - Test & Learn - Excel - Stakeholder Management - Digital Media/Retail
Our well known digital media client requires a Digital Campaign Manager to be responsible for the full life cycle of campaigns for a brand new marketing programme.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and manage the stakeholder map for Direct Engagement
- Build and manage transitional change plans to deliver the Target Operating Model for Direct Engagement
- Plan and execute campaigns to increase understanding of our audiences, including capturing implicit and explicit preferences
- With the Data and Insights team and divisional marketers, use data and insight to personalise campaigns and improve the relevance and timeliness of communications
- Implement a test and learn approach to inform the development of the long term direct audience engagement strategy and capabilities
- With Data and Insight teams, provide campaign data planning
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Demonstrates passion for and deep knowledge of delivering full life cycle direct and digital marketing campaigns as an experienced practitioner as well as experience with Multi-Channel Campaigns ideally from Digital Media, Digital Broadcast environment or Retail
- Strong analytical skills, including Excel
- The successful candidate will need to have Direct Digital Marketing experience across multiple channels such as Email, IOS & Android Apps (through notifications) - as well as social channels
- Experience of working in a 'test & learn' environment looking at creative ways of using channels to drive results
