Description: Coordinate site side search campaigns supporting product and service launches. Perform keyword research leveraging internal and external resources data sources to assist business owners in content optimization efforts. Evaluate and analyze desktop and mobile site search results to identify areas of opportunity to improve the relevancy of results returned. Find and address relevancy issues within desktop & mobile results (null results, spelling corrections, business rules driving relevancy algorithm, etc.)

SKILLS:

Required Skills & Experience:
Online search optimization, advertising, and marketing experience. SEO experience and search algorithm knowledge. Strong search technical skills, especially in the areas of search platforms, relevancy, APIs, and structured vs. unstructured data. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once. Solution oriented and self-motivated. Highly collaborative, and gifted at networking/building relationships. Creative and analytical skills. Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments. Quick learner. Bachelor's degree required. Project Management - Six Sigma (3 years). Strong On-line Marketing experience. Off line Marketing. Communication Skills - both oral and written. Collaboration, Detail oriented, Multi task, Process oriented, Work independently. Presentation and data visualization. Website analysis in eCommerce. Microsoft Office Suites.

Desired Skills & Experience:
Content management system (CMS) experience, such as Adobe CQ/Day, Interwoven, Autonomy.
SOLR Platform Experience highly desired, other Site Search Platform knowledge also desirable (GSA, Google enterprise search, Endeca, FAST).
XML, Adobe Analytics, WebTrends, BusinessObjects, Google Analytics
JIRA experience highly desired.
