A leading provider of IT communication services, is currently looking for a Scheduler to join their expanding team at their prestigious offices in London. This position will be working 9am - 5.30pm on Thursday and Friday only.

You will be required to respond to hardware service calls and ensure SLA targets are achieved. You will schedule installations, decommissions and day to day tasks for engineers as well as compiling high level and detailed reporting. You will be aware of stock levels of equipment and ensure documentation is kept up to date. You will be responsible for compiling handovers for engineers to action and conduct weekly reporting.

This role will require someone will excellent excel skills and experience in a customer service focused environment. You will be a good team player and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good punctuality and a flexible approach to working hours will be key, as well as a good understanding of IT infrastructure.
