ITIL Service/project Manager sought to engage with Project/Programme personnel, to understand their service impacting aspirations. Steer and influence the take on and compliance to Service Design Imperatives directing the project to enable take up of standard service, and identify any resulting service gaps that require resolution.

To identify any changes to existing Service Design templates, as a result of Digital Transformation To coordinate implementation activity/impacts identified from multiple project plans, and their effect on enterprise live operations, into a single view.

To capture and track live service events from project meetings, or project personnel and ensure consistency of message and compliance to process Following implementation, summarise through reporting, the latest status for each project with regard to incidents/problems raised, planned changes, live proving checks.

Track, identify, capture and articulate emerging enterprise/programme/project level trends/intelligence, and prepare presentational material to communicate to CSD stakeholders

Deliverables
The formation of a sustainable digital service, centred around a technical WebOps role, aligned to the provision of a cloud Hosting service Status summary report, and a consolidated view of enterprise level activity - Digital and Legacy oversight
Summarised view of overall status of implementation/delivery, tracking against a life cycle, and maintaining a chronological view
Risks and Issues report capturing new risks, and highlighting top issues, plus status of existing risks Presentational material supporting emerging findings.
ITIL and/or Project Management certified; Prince 2/MSP etc.
